A Little Frosty in Texas

It snowed a bit today and this idea just poped into my head while I was drinking coffee. Spent way to much time just playing with it in photoshop, decided I wanted to try an add my own falling snow. If I had any idea on how to add steam to the coffee mug I would but Im not that photoshop savy
